Father and Son

This is Jonas' favorite place to fall asleep. When I married this man I knew he would be a good dad, however I never how good. It is truly amazing to see how much Jonas loves his daddy, and how much daddy loves his son. I love just watching them together; it is the best. I hope throughout his life Jonas will know how much he is loved by his dad and I. Sometimes I think about all the bad choices that he could make in his life and it scares me so bad, but then I look at my husband and know that Jonas will turn out just fine if he has a good relationship with his dad. I know this because you can't be around Jacob without feeling his testimony of Jesus Christ. I know that he will make mistakes and that is a part of growing up in this world, but because Jacob and I will try our hardest to teach him what is really important in life he will hopefully turn out alright.

Jonas

This pic was taken when Jonas was 5 days old. This was the very beginning of a wonderful adventure for Jacob and I. Being a mom is the best. Jacob is the best dad and seeing them together is amazing.

This is him now at two months just starting to smile. I don't want to brag, but he's the cutest thing I've ever helped create.

Intro Yo

So, this is the new Jacob and Becca Taylor family blog. Jacob and I started this blog to share our lives with loved ones who are not close by or simply do not talk to everyday. Okay that is not the real reason we started this. When we first thought about the idea I didn't think that anyone would care to read about our daily sort of mundane lives. However I have been reminded that we have the best life anyone could ever ask for, and that we need to take the time and effort to reflect on our experiences no matter how small they seem, so that we don't forget to appreciate them. The Lord has blessed us with so many wonderful things, way too many to mention here, but we hope that by posting our little stories we may remember them better and uplift others. So, it's great if people read it and loved ones know whats going on, but this blog is more for Jacob and I than anyone else. I hope that if extended family member read this they will see how much we love our son and each other, and see how much the Lord has blessed us.
