Thanksgiving

So, this year was full of travel. When I was planning this week long extravaganza I was hoping that the long car rides wouldn't get to me my husband and my 4 month old son (fat chance right). But I think we did pretty good. Sunday night we deove down to Lake of the Ozarks to visit the Kilpack family, that we haven't seen in like a year. Then on Tuesday it was off to Kentucky to see my mom and little brother and sister. Then on Friday we went to Jefferson City to my dad's family. So it was all kind of a blur from the traveling, but fun. However, I don't think we will do it again ever.

Wisdom Teeth

Why do they call them wisdom teeth? I did not feel any wiser having them and I don't think I am any wiser without them. Here is a question for you. Why do we have them in the first place to spend the time and pain over having to get them taken out hu? Whats the wisdom in that?

Happy Halloween!

So, having Jonas in our family this year just gave us an excuse to go all out. I knew that with the move here and everything. It would have easy to just forget Halloween, but I was back in my old ward and I wanted them all to know that I am still the fun girl that everyone knew. I just have a family of my own now. So, even though we just had the ward party to go to, we tried to make it fun. Jacob was some sort of Jedi, Jonas was Yoda, and I was Darth Vader. 

There was a little boy that came, named Willard, who was also Darth Vader. We had to dual, but he won of course. 

  When it actually came to Halloween I was excited to be in a neighborhood that would get some trick or treat-ers. However only 3 came, but that was okay. It was a lot of fun this year and we are looking forward to next year.
