Back In MO

I forgot how much I love it here. I think no matter where the Lord takes us this will always be home to me. Driving here from UT was slow but very much worth it. I love this house. My dad moved here when I was five years old and I loved it just as much today as I do then. Dad painted my room pink with wall paper that portrays a little girl's tea party with her teddy bear. That is now the room my husband and I sleep in, with the tea party wall paper and everything. Since then my dad has re-done every room every room in this house. He took apart our bathroom upstaires and made it biger a few years ago. The office he turned in to the dinning room by taking a whole wall out. The master bedroom now has it's own wing with it's own bathroom and a lot a closet space. The only thing that is old about this house is the outside, and that is just how it should be. The room that my son is sleeping in used to be a sisters room. At the time she was very much into horses and the room still reflects that today, even though her interests have changed. The room is blue with white wall paper depicting horses running across the whole space. So even though our rooms are some what outdated this house is every bit a home to me. Although I am thinking of ways to update it a bit if dad would let me. Fall around here is the most beautiful time of year. All of the trees are changeing and makeing every street you drive down look a picture in a magazine. It is always the perfect teperture outside and that makes me want to go for walks all the time. It remindes me of when I was a kid. I used to sit up in the club house that dad build for Gail and I, and read books. I would pertend that I was a princess and that a prince would come rescue me from my tower. Everything is good here and I know things could never be to bad because we always have a home right here.
